Spoko Coffee started in Melbourne, born from a love of coffee and a simple idea to bring great coffee to people, wherever they are. Originally from Adelaide, We moved to Melbourne and brought our vision to life, combining quality coffee with a sense of community and experience wherever the cart goes.
The name Spoko reflects our Polish roots, used as slang meaning “all good, no worries, easy”. It’s a reminder of the feeling every cup should give: easy, enjoyable and honest.
